About the Author
Anne Frye earned a BA in Holistic Midwifery in 1979. She attended homebirths until 1992. She has also taught, written, and provided consultation services for midwives for the past 28 years. She has authored four textbooks written from the perspective of a midwife in homebirth practice. Her other titles include Holistic Midwifery (Vol. I: Care during Pregnancy and Vol. II: Care during Labor and Birth) as well as Healing Passage: A Midwife's Guide to the Care and Repair of the Tissues Involved in Birth.

Fantastic midwifery resource.
Highly recommended for all midwifery students and registered midwives. Definately worth purchasing as a clinic text and personal reference. Internationally relevant and current. Quite possibly the most useful midwifery text I have used.
