About the Author
William Reed has over 20 year's senior management experience in the fund industry. He was head of the investment fund departments at the two largest Luxembourg banks over the last 10 years. He was also founder and managing director of the first and only independent transfer agency in Europe.Mr.Reed has worked outside the US his entire working career and has added his knowledge of languages and cultures to the investment fund business.
