I was taking an Organizational Management class when I bought this book, and though the professor was going off the most recent edition of the book, it was easy to follow along. There were a few differences between this edition & the most recent (like the case studies), but if you have a friend in class with a more updated version, this should be no problem. Very informational book & the case studies made it enjoyable to read.

Great book for class. Came in a little more wear on it then I expected, but honestly it's getting the job done. Just too bad its only for a summer course making it hard to actually get into the book. Just wish before buying it I'd had more of a chance to work with it. But all in all this is a great buy and investment.

Very clear and explains the concepts in a very interesting way, with a lot of real life situations/stories. I liked it.
