Good textbook, clear printing. Didn't have too many mistakes. I didn't read the whole thing, just skimmed the important parts.

This text book summerizes management in a very simple, enjoyable, easy to remeber, and interactive way. This text is full of real life and practical examples which enrich the student's understanding of the different concepts. This book is a very good text to keep as a quick reference for the new and middle career managers.

Hard to learn when you fall asleep...,
By A Customer
This review is from: Understanding Management (Paperback)
This book, although quite imformative and related to class discussions, was a little boring when I read it. Also, as it usually happens with business textbook it lacked "When good idea goes bad" examples. But, I guess, management never makes any mistakes... that's what you have to understand in it.

Great Service!...Book arrived sooner than expected, in the condition promised!
At this time, I cannot comment on the book, yet. I ordered it for a Fall 2010 class, and have not yet evaluated its worth as a text. If allowed to do so at a later date, I certainly will return to do so. |
