I got this primarily as a chest compressor, but it is pretty useful all around. It is occasionally want to ride up over my belly, but this happens pretty infrequently. The white one is bit more transparent than the above image leads you to believe, and consequently the diamond-shaped second layer over the stomach is very visible when wearing nothing over the girdle. As such, I doubt it would be mistaken as simply an undershirt (the black version, however, is a lot less transparent and the stomach section is a lot less obvious). My skin in the underarm area is pretty sensitive, and I had some irritation issues in the beginning (this being the first time I've used anything like this), but my skin got used to it after about 3 weeks and I haven't had any more problems. Putting these on takes quite a bit more effort than a t-shirt, but if you don't let it bunch up it can be done pretty quickly. I've worn these a lot over the last few months and some strings are unraveling a bit. Even with these somewhat minor drawbacks, I will probably buy more of these. I should also say that I wasn't intending to cover-up much; I only needed the large size. If you're looking to suppress more you may want to look elsewhere, but I'm not really sure. I'm personally pleased so far.

I am a big guy with odd shape and proportions and bought this product to help smooth out some rounded areas for lack of better words. The length is great - did not ride up at all after a full day of wear; compression was adequate, disguising (not eliminating) problem areas. Had a couple of people ask if I had lost weight the first time I wore it under a suit. Wish this exact product came with sleeves. There is a product with sleeves, but didn't see the belly-band. Again, it is not a miracle worker, but forced me to be more conscientious about posture and sucking in my own gut. Highly recommended - ordered a size up, but probably not necessary.

I bought this at the recommendation of my friend and it has kept my back free of pain. It keeps me from slouching. I also bought the tanksuit and both garments have worked great for me.

This undergarment has worked very effectively for me. The performance of any product however is based on how it's used. This is my situation. I'm 52, in reasonbly good shape but have a stubborn 5 pounds that has settled in around the middle and I no longer have good muscle tone in the abs. The result is my dress pants will not stay in place at the proper line on my waist, just below the belly button. They slide down unless my belt is so tight it looks rediculous. When my pants slide down under the belly, my shirt doesn't stay tucked and I look rumpled and unkept.

This garment workes just right for me to smooth out the belly fat and keep my pants in place, shirt tucked, neat and trim. It's a bonus that it also shapes your pecs and does indeed improve your posture. As another reviewer said, I was asked if I had been working out. I can answer "Yes" honestly but it is this garment giving me a more toned appearance. Thumbs up!

This shirt does what it says. It compresses your chest flat and your midsection somewhat. It is designed to compress your chest more than your mid section. It reduced me by 1 to 1 1/2 inches. Another benefit is it takes away my lower back pain as it offers lower back support as well.

Over all this shirt does its job, but it could be better! Its simply not tight enough, and thats that I got the small. The additional fabric around the belly works great, If only there was a way to incorporate that into the chest area, it would be awsome. puting this on was a lot trickier then I thought, but I guess it take some getting use to. In all, i would buy another one of these, if only they had x-small, that would rock!

This was hard for my hubby to get his head and arms through but after pulled down it does a great job. He has a large hernia in his stomach and this smoothes everything out a lot better. Definetly a huge help for him. Would highly recommend it for anyone who has a stomach hernia bulging out.

I was skeptical when I placed this order, much less when I took the item out of its wrapper. OMG! What a difference this makes. I was actually out shopping this morning for a suit I can't afford because all my others are j-u-s-t tight enough that they don't look right. This compression shirt now makes it possible for me to keep wearing those suits... and is a not-so-gentle reminder that I need to lose those extra pounds that put me in this situation.

So glad I didn't order a size smaller. Don't see how I would ever have gotten it on. Getting into it wasn't the struggle I was prepared for, but I suddenly have huge empathy for all of the women (past and present?) who wear girdles and corsets. It's DEFINITELY form-fitting (which is the point, no?).

I've only been wearing it for a short while so I'll have to see if the blood is still circulating once it's been on throughout a day. Will probably order a second one.

This Product will work but when buying the item make extra certain that you get the correct size. I bought based on the recommendations of their testimonials and the size was incorrect. I almost gave birth trying to get the shirt off and I am a male. Also it really does not do what I thought it was going to do. I was looking more for some type of "bulge hider" and this does not do the trick. Needless to say i am not using the product at the moment.

Ive struggled with MOOBS since the sixth grade. I lost a lot of weight in tenth grade but i couldn't get rid of my moobs. I tried everything that was available to me, more exercise, eating better, and i lost so much tummy weight and had the stretch marks to show for it. Ive always wanted to wear Abercrombie shirts and not hoodies,jackets, big shirts to cover my moobs but this is not the product for all that. This product deserves a 3 star rating because it definitely compressed my chest a little but gave it an awkward look in a way, Apart from that, this damn thing took almost 15 minutes to put on. Im 6'0 and 160 pounds, im not the biggest guy in the world and i just needed that something extra to boost my confidence when wearing different types of shirts.

It was easily visible through light colored shirts and sucks when your wearing a white shirt. I could bearly tell it was compressing anything. At least it covered my pointy nipples and gave my chest a smaller look.From a side view my chest was so much better but from a front perspective, it lacked a little in both discretion and compression. Overall i find it reasonably priced for the quality of the compression. It got here in 3 days flat which was much appreciated. Ill be ordering more compression shirts, but in different styles.
