Aching for a change? You can stretch away aches, pains, and stiff joints with Anita Boser's Undulation Exercises. In this four-CD set, Boser provides more than three hours of moderately paced, step-by-step directions you can follow for the 52 unique exercises she's developed.
Anita used to be uncoordinated, awkward, and stiff, as a child the last one picked for the softball team. After having twins with her body falling apart, she started on a path that has finally made her feel at home in her body. She became a Hellerwork Structural Integrator and started doing yoga and belly dance.
Her specialty is teaching people how to use small movements to melt stuck spots, especially in the back. She has accumulated a variety of exercises that transform bodies from stiff and uncomfortable to graceful and at ease.
These exercises developed into "Relieve Stiffness and Feel Young Again with Undulation," which grew into the 4-CD audio version, "Undulation Exercises" and additional books in process including "Undulations for Low Back Pain," "Undulations for Computer Users," "Undulations on the Ball," and "Sexy Undulations for Women."
Anita's latest venture is yoga teacher training, which deepens her understanding of how unproductive patterns get stuck in the body and how people can transform out of painful habits.
