Undulation Exercises is a 4 CD audiobook featuring step-by-step exercises designed to improve flexibility and fluidity of the spine, as well as relieve pain and help mobility, in as little as 10 minutes a day or less. Disc 1 teaches the listener what undulation is, why it works, and how to use it for optimum results; disc 2 offers beginning exercises to stimulate inactive muscles; disc 3 has intermediate exercises ideal for developing one's core; and disc 4 has advanced mastery level exercises. A total of 52 exercises comprise this excellent fitness supplement, self-published by author Antia Boser, LMP, CHP, enthusiastically recommended for listeners of all experience and fitness levels. 4 CDs, 4 1/2 hours.

This CD really works! It's very easy to follow and helps make Undulation a part of my daily routine which has dramatically improved my back pain.

I've been a student of yoga for over 15 years, and there's something about the teacher student relationship which enhances the practice. A big part of that for me that's about listening to my yogi as she leads me through each pose. I'm a huge fan of the work Anita Boser has done with her Undulation book, but to be honest I wasn't participating with it very much. My routine is very much about switching between CD/DVD for my daily dose of movement. This CD has not only turned out to be my favorites but it was exactly what my library was missing. It's perfect for those days when I ache, I need to stretch, but the idea of doing cat/cow almost prevents me from moving at all. Not to mention there's a jovial playfulness in these exercises that makes me smile when I do them.

This book is great for stiffness and soreness, it has helped me get back a greater range of motion, I'm a dancer and I can move achieve dance moves that I have not been able to with out feeling like I'm overextending myself, I'd recommend this book for anybody would like to move and feel better, also the flip book part is really fun.

I love the Undulation Exercises. With just a little bit of effort on my part, I have much better flexibility. The pictures and descriptions make it easy to learn the various undulation movements. I have gotten rid of my chronic back pain as well as the morning stiffness, but the best part is being able to sit on the floor to play Barbies and then I can easily get up and cuddle reading a book in the rocking chair.

Anita's undulation exercises are effective! My spine moves better; I feel more coordinated, and my lower back pain has been relieved. The simple exercises in Anita's CDs are fun, short and pleasurable. Without reservation I highly recommend this product.

If you want to learn about undulation exercises, you might prefer Relieve Stiffness and Feel Young Again with Undulation, the 146 page book with photos. However, if you already know you want to undulate, then this CD set makes it easier to actually *do* the exercises. Just pop a CD in and follow the instructions. There's no need for photos, since you follow your body's needs to undulate.

You can listen in the car (some of the exercises are doable while waiting at a stop light), at work on the computer, or at home. You can do one exercise which takes about 5 minutes, or do several in a row.

I recommend starting with the second CD which includes all the beginning exercises. If you are already active, feel free to go straight to disc 4 and try the advanced undulations. They will help you be more limber. The beginning exercises are also wonderful to stretch out and calm down at the end of the day and the background music helps you relax.

This audio CD is so well done! I bought it when purchasing the book also, only out of curiosity and to assist me in my understanding, and as something I could take on the road when I was travelling by bus cross country to help relieve stiffness from hours of sitting. It is so simple, yet brilliant. I believe it is a new trend in exercise.
