This review is from: Unholy Bible: The Truth About the Old Testament With an Afterword on the New Testament (Hardcover)
Mr. Sommers gives an interesting perspective to the readings of the bible. While we may not agree with everthing he writes, it does make us think and opens up our minds to different interpretations of the bible.

Thought provoking, insightful, and sometimes even humorous.,

This review is from: Unholy Bible: The Truth About the Old Testament With an Afterword on the New Testament (Hardcover)
After reading Unholy Bible, I went back and reviewed the Bible. My faith in God is strengthened by answering some of the questions Unholy Bible raises.I enjoyed the wit of the author. Contrary to what some of my friends thought, the book has nothing to do with the glorification of evil, or the devil. Mr. Sommers focuses on truth and fairness in our lives, and in the Bible. |
