I have had my scanner for 15 years and I have had to replace my battery and now my charger. I thought I was going to have to buy a new scanner, but thanks to this company....I DIDN'T!!!

THe remote is pretty good. fits in the hand nicely. The only complaint I have about it is that it is very slick feeling and slips out of the hand easily.
