I purchased the DCT756-2 to supplement an older 900Mhz Uniden phone I have been using for years. I've been very happy with Uniden phones in the past, so this seemed like a logic next phone and I liked the idea of the extra handset, which I've placed in my living room since it has no phone jacks. Generally speaking, I like the phones. They are small and the interface is very user friendly. The call quality is generally loud and clear and the second wireless base station works well. I have 2 minor complaints. One is that there is no option to mount the phone on the wall like a traditional wall mount phone where the handset hangs flush against the base station. Instead the wall mount just mounts the whole unit with the phone sticking up out of it just as it does when you put it on a desk. The other issue is that I sometimes have issues with the clarity. I'm not sure if this is related to distance from the base station or interference from my wifi/802.11b network or both. Using the "clarity boost" feature on the phone seems to fix this problem, but it would nice if it just worked. That being said, they fit my needs and I have no plans to return them.

This is a great set of phones. I had it for about three weeks and not a single complaint. I have one phone upstairs and one phone downstairs. They both work fine. No problem talking or listening. Also, interphone option is awesome. No more yelling. You simply use them like a walkie-talkie inside the house. Very convenient! You can also transfer call from one phone to another. Great Feature!!!! I recommend this to anyone who does not require an answering machine. It is only four star because I only had it for three weeks. If they don't break within the next six months, then I would give five stars. Hopefully, this helped!

I was skeptical of this product as the price was so cheap but I was sure surprised!!!!! These phones are WONDERFUL! It has so many features and the intercom system is great. I also love the speakerphone in each handset as well as the individual ringtones and songs you can assign to individual callers you program in. I think this one of the best products for the price I have ever gotten. It's nice to get more then your monies worth for once! THANKS!!!!!!!

I like the cordless features and small profile of the phones. Also, the buttons are just right in their sensitivity. However, I woudl have liked it if the phone book was shared between them. Also, to go thru the phone book take more clicks than it should to find a pheon number.

I was worried these phones might be bad because of the low price but they are great. I use them in a single level home and I've had no problems and no complaints. Considering they cost way less than similar phones I'd recommend these to anyone who doesn't need an answering machine.

Great product. I wish I had ordered it months ago. The phone and all of its features are great including the speakerphone option. I can't complain about the price and the delivery was very, very, timely.

Great Deal.. About a year later still works great.. Batteries stay charged and I have them off base for days or weeks

We really like this phone system. The size of the phones are perfect and the dial pad is easy to operate. A good value for the price.

I've been through more cordless phones than you could imagine from every different manufacturer, and Uniden makes the best cordless phones. I have a Uniden phone currently and just recently purchased this due to my satisfaction with my other phone. Batteries last a long time (total life span) and are very durable. Excellent system for any rooms without phone jacks as well.

I buy this phone when we were moving to a new house, so I can use extra handset upstaires. I did not try it untill after a month, when I moved to new place I tried it. But the second handset doesn't work. It rings but when you pick-up the phone you will just here horrible loud sounds. I contect the staples, but it was more then a month they said they can't do anything about that. So I contected uniden's customer service. They had a horrible customer survice. When I buy this phone I think this was a good deal, but now I tossed it just in my basement. And may be next time when I clean my basement it's going to be in trash. his phone eeven doesn't deserve 1 star,but I can't give it less then one star. If you are planning to buy phone, just spend little more money and go for panasonic. I am using one for 4 years now, and I buy another one with extra handsets from panasonic, and it's working great.
