Amazon Verified Purchase
This product has been nothing but trouble for me. After I put it together it did not work. Called the company and they sent me another regulator. (Waited 7 days) Installed the new regulator and still does not work. Called the company again. Now they are sending a new control valve (Another 7 days) What a pile of junk!
And I have just now received the new gas valve and the unit still DOES NOT WORK. Even though they have big letters on the manual instructing people to call them, they now say there is nothing they can do and told me I have to call Amazon for a refund. I called Amazon and they gave me a return slip right away. First time I have ever had to return something to Amazon so I guess we shall see how this one goes. Don't ever buy this poorly constructed pile of garbage with no support from the manufacturer.

Like the fire bowl, but the protective cover that was included is worthless. The fabric rips very easily, which isn't helpful when you are trying to put it over something with square edges. Now I'll have to figure out how to get a more durable replacement cover...

We read all the other reviews and was a little hesitant to order this product. After reading the reviews we noticed that the main problems people were having was assembly and the damage on delivery. We said what the heck and figured if it was damaged on delivery we would not accept it. So we ordered and hoped for the best. We are really glad we did. After holding our breath while we opened the box, expecting the worse, it was perfect. No damaged tiles as some of the previous reviewers had. After taking all the parts out of the box to inspect them the assembly began. It could not have been more simple to assemble. The one main thing to keep in mind during assembly is to HAND TIGHTEN ONLY as you put it together. Only after the assembly is complete should you use your screwdriver to tighten all the screws. Now it was time to try it out. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at using the electric starter as directed I held the gas button down a little longer and it fired right up. It works GREAT. We love it. Even though we did not buy it for a heat producing product it does put out a good bit of heat. We use it in a screened in porch therefore I do not use the cover so I can't comment on the quality of the cover. I plan on cutting a piece of plexiglass to lay on the top so we can use it as a table and also for protection from humidity. I did buy another bag of lava rocks to add to the bowl to cover the bottom. I would definitely recommend this product.......

Firebowl - No Fire

Looks great... But not quite enough heat

Poor quality construction
The unit received had cracked surround tiles and missing grout between the tiles. The screws holing the fire bowl appeared to be too small and were loose when delivered.

JUNK
Arrived with dents, some screws out and missing, some grout had come out of the tiles, assembled it anyway to see if I wanted another one and it would not light. Read more

Very Poor Quality
The cardboard used in packaging was very poor, almost looked as if it had gotten wet. Much of the foam inside the box was dust, again of poor quality. Read more

The worse internal packaging I have ever seen
I should have sent this item back. The carrier, UPS, was not to fault. The manufacturer failed to provide internal cushioning and the care associated with adequate packaging. Read more

JUNK
I put it together and I believe the regulator does not work. OKAY 300.00 and it does not work. I call that JUNK selling. I will try to purchase a regulator and see if that works. Read more

Uniflame Firebowl
This product is a piece of junk. When we opened the box to remove the firebowl two of the tiles had fallen out and most of the grout between the tiles had already fallen out. Read more
