More About the Author
My name is Poli Ness. I am a seed beads and stone jewelry designer. Beading is my second passion after my beloved husband and son. I love creating complicated and interesting jewelry as well as unusual designs and color schemes. Seed beads have their peculiar incredible appeal that i can't explain.
If you tried seed beading once, you won't be able to give it up. I think weaving jewelry with seed beads is a very feminine hobby. We, women, can express the peculiarities of our temperament, mood and exquisiteness of taste in our jewelry. I wish everybody, who either just started learning how to make jewelry from beads or already have some experience, inspiration and creative success!

Lots of pictures for complex designs but only the basics explained
This particular book is written in such a way that makes it super easy and fun. The book is divided into six practical tutorials for different handmade jewelry idea while each one contains a section with list of basic tools and supplies.
The photos in the book are excellent and well lit and The instructions are very clear. Well, as i told earlier, i wish i could stumble upon this book earlier in my jewekry making career since, in my opinion, this book is an excellent first step towards learning how to make your own jewelry.
I read a lot of articles about how to do it, but most were lacking detail and illustrations.
So I finally bought this book, and it helped me out a lot.
It was concise and easy to follow.
Just a week ago I gave my girlfriend the earrings ("Summer Time" from tutorial 3 in the book), and she really loved them :-).
Highly suggest this one.
