Gail Oliver and Gisele Sullivan have managed to organize wonderful and creative ideas into one compact resource, full of lots of inspiration for any Bride! This book gives you suggestions, that would normally take you months of sifting through bridal magazines that might only give you one or two suggestions you like. Whereas "Uniquely Yours" is full of, simple to elaborate, personal, heartfelt touches that anyone can apply! The ideas range from bride's on a low/high budget, to sky's the limit! I used one of the ideas for getting the bride and groom to kiss at my own wedding and it was HUGE success!

Being one of the last of my friends to get married, I found it very difficult to come up with 'unique' and original ideas for my wedding. This little book was a godsend to me... For months I carried it around with me everywhere, and used many of the ideas it listed - even revamping a few to add my own personal style. Without it I would've been lost!

This book is great! Lots of really original ideas on how to do things with an extra special touch. I loved the section that offered different ways to walk down the aisle with your wedding party. I highly recommend it. Much better than any ideas I was getting from bridal magazines or web sites.

While I will be using one of the ideas in the book (having the groomsmen had each bridesmaid her boquet and then walk down the aisle) many of the ideas aren't orginal, such as leaving the ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage. Others are not meant for a traditional wedding ceremony, such as parachuting. Also, the book only covers the ceremony, not the reception. The book is really quite ugly, and you wouldn't be losing anything to go with a used copy... it's paperback and spiral bound, so it's really not going to be a keepsake book. Worth it to spend under $4 on a used on, not over that.

But...it's a way smaller book than I was expecting. I was hoping for this great big book of ideas, but was disapointed to get a book thats only about 100 pages or so. And unfortunately, it does have ideas in it that I've already planned to use in my ceremony. Good is, it does have things I will use that I didn't think up before. Buy it if you really can't come up with ideas of your own, it will help the creative flow.
