My daughter used it (her birthday present) for one week and it stopped playing CDs. The warranty requires a payment(that equals or exceeds the price I paid for it) be sent with the item for any repairs. I'm buying her a new one-it's more cost-effective.

i recieved this product on time and no damage to the package.i took it out and it never worked. didn't matter if it was the batteries or the ac converter. nothing on it worked at all. thank god amazon took it back. they paid to ship it back and i recieved my refund and bought a sony. i gress you get what you pay for. i wish amazon had a way to dump bad products so these things would not happen.
