I bought this for my dad for christmas he collects coins and bills and he loved it. The seller said it was in good condition and it was they also got it to me quickly.

NOT the exact item pictured
The quaility and condtion of the note is below promised, had it looked at by two people who said I overpaid retail for it. THe note I recieved was pretty degraded and had been very heavily circulated. Worth facevalue not much more
