Book Description

Life's been many things for twenty year old Bryn Dawson, but one thing it's never been is easy. And it's only about to get harder.

As the gossip of Bryn being Betrothed to her true love's little brother, Patrick, becomes more reality than rumor, Bryn does her best to think positive thoughts, ignore Patrick's odd behavior, avoid Paul's relentless advances, and attempts to conjure William back from his latest overseas mission. She fails on all fronts.

The night an army of Inheritors set out with an agenda to deliver vengeance on any Guardian surrounding Bryn, the Betrothal Ball becomes the least of her worries. Instead of worrying about who she'll be marching down the aisle towards, she has to accept she might not be making the journey down the aisle ever.

I bought this book as soon as i saw it was out, and finished reading it the same night. The romance was great, and it didn't get to carried away in description, and didn't leave me disappointed. I look forward to more books by Nicole in the future.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Conclusion to a Great Love Story.... October 14, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
First thoughts:

WoW! OMG! I loved this book, I didn't even think it was possible to love this book as much as the first two. I read this in a mere of hours, not wanting to put the book down, needing to see the conclusion to the fate of the character's I love so much. And what supriesed me the most in the book was that I really fell in love with Patrick. He was such an asset in this book, he definately stole some limelight now and then. I was very much satisfied with the ending and thought the outcome was what needed to be. The feeling of the book was much lighter than the first two (I even found myself breathing more often in this book than the others). I loved the full transformation of the character and there were many, I really loved the fact that they were slower, more understandable( I mean people don't change over night, am I right?) I really enjoyed how this book was separated, I didn't feel out of sorts, being yanked from one scene to another, it was nice and steady, action here and there and a pause. I absolutely loved the flow of this book, the smoothness of it, it really was something you could sit back and read and be relaxed(though at times I was at the edge of my seat, cringing on the purposed outcome) But in overall view the plot was plucked and perected to the tee and every leaf was unturned.

Bryn and William finally think they can have it all; the council has finally granted a union between Byrn and a Hayward. But soon rumors fly that It's Bryn and Patrick that's going to be engaged. While oblivious to the rumors William is on cloud nine but after not only hearing the newest rumors she learned of a secret Patrick has kept from Bryn.

2.0 out of 5 stars Where do I begin? October 3, 2011
By Sammi
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I'm not even sure what bugged me the most! I'll start with 3 books of William and Bryn telling each other "How Amazing" they are! I mean ok I get it ,they are amazing he is, she is, they are!!! Seriously STOP! Huge long paragraphs going on and on about how amazing Bryn is and maybe it's just me she never did anything amazing! WHY WHY WHY is every man in love with her? Let's start with Paul. They went to school together for what a week and he falls madly in love with her WHY?? Then William, ok I get his hang up with her BUT PATRICK??? WTF that came out of NOWHERE!! I mean maybe I could say in book 1 when Bryn and Patrick were on the beach together there might have been something. If that were the case then why was he so furious with her when she left William? Shouldn't he have been happy? Why did he rip her a new one? If he really did love her why didn't he go to Europe with her? Why didn't he tell her then that he loved her? When did he fall in love with her? There was NEVER any build up or reason for Patrick to love her! It was like oh we need a Quasi love triangle and Paul and Patrick will do. The most disturbing thing was after Bryn and William were "United" and the next moring the whole family is gathered around to hear all about William and Bryn having sex! I'm suppose to believe Patrick loves her but then wants his brother to give all the dirty deets of his wedding night? Who does that? What family would gather around the next day to talk about a couple's wedding night? SICK! Eternal Eden started out ok with a promising story line but it went off track by book 2. Last thing I'm going to complain about. Why didn't Charles just tell William from the begining, "Hey son if you want to be with Bryn and have the councils blessing, then agree to be the Chosen One, and they will let you be United". 5.0 out of 5 stars Awwwesome! September 27, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Okay i know that everyone writes this but, this is the first review I have ever been compelled to write. And that is not because this is the first book that I thought was awesome. It is because knowing that this is the end of the series Nicole Williams spent plenty of time on closure. In these genre of books it seems like the writer is writing towards some really big showdown and after that happens there's a little epilogue and - book over. But this book was written like it was about the characters and so after the big showdown she allows us to bask in the love, family and victory of the hero and heroine. It was joy to this romantic's heart. Add to that the writing was witty and at times I was literally holding my breath. At one point I was skimming so fast because I couldn't wait to see what happened and it was stressing me out. After I found out, I had to go back and read the three or four pages for the details. In short great end to the series and as far as I am concerned if she were to write another, I am so there!!!!

PS this review is from A. Jones, my husband and I share an account!

Any possibility of a novella or book on Patrick?
No promises . . . but maybe! Patrick just won't shut up in my head, a book of his own might be the only way to silence his incessant ramblings ;)
