The video includes exciting aerial and on-the-water footage and state-of-the-art graphics to introduce the essentials of boat handling and make piloting and rules of the water both fun to watch and easy to understand. Included are lessons on boat handling and seamanship; regulations, safe boating, marlinspike and weather; basic navigation and engine troubleshooting; piloting and sailing; navigation rules, marine radiotelephone, and boat trailering. Covering all the information normally taught in six weekly USPS classes, the close-captioned video is a perfect way to introduce family and friends to boating, as well as a great refresher course for more experienced boaters.
