A very good book with very good recommendations: how to restructure SOF; how to get the US government to understand how best to use SOF. I feel the recommendation to get the President or high level staff involved in exercises may be extremely ambitious, but it should be required. Dividing into a UW Command and a Strike Command has merit, but there are a lot of "rice bowls" that would be broken to make it happen. Overall, a lot of good thought and effort for use in future discussions on SOF missions.
