I love this bag. I have bought a ton of bags over the years looking for just the right one. This holds my laptop and all necessary office stuff, plus the zippers on the outside pockets make the bag large enough to carry all that I throw at it. I have loaded this bag down to the point that it is so haevy that I can barely carry it. I have stuffed it under airline seats and dragged it everywhere with me and it still looks brand new. It really holds up well. And it is still feminine and stylish. Just perfect! I love it so much that I bought one in black, brown and red.

I just bought this bag, and while it is a bit pricey for a graduate student, I just fell in love with the design of it! It has zippers for the two outside pockets so that you can fit even more in it -- great for legal pads, folders, books, etc. The only complaint I have is a stylistic one: I bought the bag in chocolate brown, and I hate the fact that they used PINK contrast stitching and fabric on the inside. This is just a personal quirk because I HATE pink! -- thus the four stars instead of five even though I love everything else about the bag.

I have had this laptop bag in purple for 2 years and carried it to work 5 days a week. While it is nearing the end of its life because the straps have frayed (I might take it to a cobbler), the body, pretty contrast nylon lining, and hardware are still in excellent shape. It is extremely roomy and has one of the best designs of women's laptop bags I have seen. The expandable space means I can put everything in one bag; no more bag lady syndrome with laptop, purse and lunch bags. I highly recommend it.
