this book is a great tool for learning the step sparing techniquns it helps all levels of taekwon-do.I've used this book before and it can help a great deal I'm a 2nd gup red belt in ITF this book gives great detale on how to execute the techniquns.this book helped me alot and I'm shure it will help you to.
