I have purchased other LOTR items that were United cutlery in the past and they were exquisite. This item is flimsy and has twice arrived damaged. It is a sort of paper mache type material. I am still waiting for resolution of this matter - but the product itself is not up to par.

I have never wrote a review here, but felt obligated after receiving this AWESOME helmet!!!! This is definitely not paper-mache' like the previous review says, this feels and looks like war-worn, weathered-looking, rusty metal! Looks like it's seen many hardcore medieval battles! This is so COOL-looking and a MUST-HAVE for any LOTR fan! Get it now, only 3000 total made and mine was numbered 1300 something!

This is just an incredible piece for any LOTR fan. It is supposed to be wearable but it is way too massive. But still a wonderful decorative piece. Worth every penny.
