I live in an old house that only has 2 prongs plugs. Most of the adapter come with 3 prongs which meant that I had to use an Europe to USA adapter and then a 3 to 2 prong adapter. My plug would then be 4 in long and really heavy, it would come out of the wall. Terrible.

With this one, I can plug in my computer directly in the wall. It is really lightweight too so it's almost as if I had nothing. I highly recommend if like me, what you use most often are 2 prongs plugs. I use the adapter to put French electronic into American plugs.

However, if you have 3 prongs, i'd suggest you stick with the 3 prongs because they are safer and they stick to the wall better. You can always buy one in case you get to an old hotel or a place like that, it might always be useful! This is the only 2 prong Europe-USA adapter i've ever found!

Attention; this is an adapter, not a converter. This will probably not work for a hair blower or any electronic that does not convert from 110 to 240 volts. If you want to be sure, it should be written on your item. If you see "110 ~ 240 V 50/60 Hz" go ahead and get an adapter, if not, get a converter!

The Adapter works fine. the only thing i think it will need in many cases is a 3rd pin 'neutral' so it can be stable in the electric sockets especially on the wall. The reason way if a heavy UK 4 plug is connected to it, it tends to hang out slightly.

I was looking for a converter plug for my laptop at a cheap price. This plug was just as described, fits perfectly. The price was good. I am happy with this buy :)

I liked the product. They are cheap in price but no complaints over working. I would recommend this product to anyone who wish to take this.

They tend to fall out of thee socket when you plug in a more heavy european plug. I ordered 3 and one got broken pretty fast.

Being from Singapore, all the appliances I brought over required the use of these plugs.
The size is just right so that it doesn't block the other plug adjacent to it and it works great. :)

Just be aware that sparks may occur if you plug in an appliance, that has a battery connected to it, to the plug before shoving the whole thing into the wall.. I've stopped doing that :)

I received the converter and it worked perfectly! It was a drill from hong kong and needed to convert it to USA and it worked perfectly! I'm very happy!

I bought it 2 month ago, after a month I start having problems with it. Metal part are very low quality, they are weak and bend easily. As a result there is no proper connection between socket and plug.
Not recommend.

We had spent some time in New Zealand and purchased a couple of electronic items while there. The items can handle the difference in US current vs. NZ current, but the plugs wouldn't fit in our sockets. These were inexpensive and fit perfectly on our NZ plugs. They arrived well ahead of the expected time. Couldn't be more pleased.

It seems good in the first 3 months after i got it, but since then it can't work with no change on the surface.
