I purchased this to replace the mount for my Navigon 7100. I am not happy with this product. The plastic adjuster used to set the suction cup broke. And the mount won't hold my device securely. I finally had to purchase a replacement for it.

Works great for my needs, sometimes bulky having it on the glass but seeing there is no other way to have it hands free

I've had this for about two weeks and the little gears seem to keep getting misaligned causing the arms to go off center. When this happens, I have to manually pull the arms so that they line up correctly again. The other issue that I found with not only this one but the other holders I have tried, is that they tend to bounce around a bit. The solution I found to this issue is to place the holder in such a way so that the holder itself rests on the dashboard.

Other than that, this product is doing the job so far, but I fully suspect that it will break for good in the not too distant future. That being said, I have tried a handful of these things so far, but I haven't had a bunch of luck getting one that doesn't seem a little cheap.
