The extra tips are the best idea on this purchase. Have accidently broken one and would hate to have had to buy a who new one just for the tip.

At first it worked fine but then the interior of the plug into the car fell apart. And the attachments were falling off.

The charger is working fine with my Mio GPS. No complains.
I used this item for my long round trip and it didn't get hot, didn't lost connectivity.
The delivery was fast. So, I'm happy!

Very very bad quality. Its not even near to the original charger that came with my GPS. It is loosely fit the GPS and in order to continue charging you have to tap it or hold it by hand. Quality is zero.

Don't buy this item. It comes with cheap attachments to make it universal. They are cheap and break. Mine broke within the first week or so. I threw it all away. It was a waste of money.

how much care and sensitivity should one give to a car charger? This charger is such a high maintainence... broke two already in the trial. ended up buying one at best buy.

I purchased this because I misplaced my previous gps car charger. Thinking switching out the plugs could make this usable for many different things I do in my car (I pretty much live out of my car). However the adapter piece to the GPS as already broken basically because its poorly made. The connection pieces don't seem to be sturdy. I received the item in a timely manner so this low review is quality of product only. I really wouldn't buy it go ahead and spend the extra few bucks for a different kind of replacement charger.
