The Universal Language DISC
This book is a core element in my business coaching and talent selection business. It is accurate, easy to read, comprehensive and will open your eyes to how you act, interact and react to those around you. It will help you build yourself, your team(s) and your company. I recommend it for both personal and professional growth.

The Universal Language of DiSC
Sorry, but I would not recommend this book. As a "reference guide" I really expected more. Probably a good buy at $19.95, but I'll sell you mine for $85.00.

Unbeatable Resource for Serious Behavioral Practicioners, May 5, 2009
This review is from: The Universal Language DISC: A Reference Manual (Hardcover)
Of all the books I have read on behavioral studies, this is far and away the best one. For professionals who are using DISC assessments as part of their business, this book is fundamental to understanding how to accurately interpret assessments. I still keep this book on my desk and rarely a week goes by that I don't refer to some section of it. Highly recommended to anyone who really wants to understand DISC theory and practice.
