I purchased this product several months ago and recently realized that one of the tips was missing. I contacted the seller and they were quick to communication and gladly sent me the missing tip free of charge! I was weary about buying this product because a lot of cheap power chargers get very hot or start melting, but this one has worked well so far.

The adapter works great. The two adapters at the end plugged into the laptop can get a little heavy so they pull at the connection, but as long as I have my laptop on a flat surface with support for the two connectors, works great!
