I had this product for one month and then it fell apart. It was unfixable. I emailed the company that sent it to me asking for a replacement and got no reply. Very unhappy with product.

I got this power cord 3 weeks ago.The first night i smelt something burning and it was the adapter, the whole thing melted. Last night the whole piece broke off like it was a twig. In simple words please do not buyy. Wassstteeeeeeeee!!!!

well lets see I order a replacement charger..I NEVER recieved this product.... I emailed the company twice with my address and finally requested a refund and nothing...
I will NEVER deal with them again and sugges that other people looking for this product go somewhere else cause you're not going to get it or like the customer below me it will BREAK...
very disappointed

this item is only good for temporary use if you have to have a replacement really fast but it is not a permanent alternative

Well, I received it very quickly, but it doesn't work! I found the right connection and the right power output, plugged it in and it immediately looked as if it would work great. A minute later my laptop switched back to battery and that was that. It never worked again! Don't waste your time and money!

I'm very satisfied with both the universal charger purchased and the fast and awesome service from the company. I wasn't expecting to receive the charger for at least two to three weeks from the purchase date and I believe I Received it within a week or so.

if anyone has a dell laptop the should know that there battery dies pretty fast i lost my factory charger about a year ago so i bought this one works good no problems so far.

I got this because my old charger (which lasted me 3 years) broke and I needed a new one. OMG!! After 2 weeks of using this charger it broke, forcing me to buy another one. This time I bought straight from HP.

the item does exactly wat it says it will it charges almost any laptop only complaint is it feels light and fragile but besides that works amazingly!!!!!!!

I RECEIVED BOTH CHARGERS IN NO TIME AT ALL AND THEY BOTH WORK GREAT IN BOTH OF OUR LAPTOPS. THESE ARE REALLY GREAT CHARGERS FOR A VERY LOW PRICE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BRAND CHARGER TO
ANYONE. FAST DELIVER AND A VERY LOW PRICE AND HIGH QUALITY BUILT MATERIAL. I WILL BE PURCHASING MORE OF THESE CHARGERS FROM AMAZON SOON.
