Le Orme is probably the best expression of progressive rock in Italy, over PFM, Banco and others. This set have pro and cons. The quality of the remasters were made by the work of Maurizio Bancani and Federici Filippo very splendid in did.

The cons of the box, are the presentation of each individual album, each one came in a kind of paper envelope that not reproduce the entire artwork, that is a great pity because every design is fantastic, some of those artworks were made by Paul Whitehead (some Genesis art works)and others Italian artists, so the reproduction of the music have, is an excelent result but presentation of the collection could be better. Definitively

Anyway, if you are a lover of prog rock who don't know this band, you will love this set and would be fine if you buy it, but if in the future you become a Le Orme Fan, you will must change each album for a MINI LP Japanese Edition with a box of dISK uNION.

Bien para todos aquellos aficionados al rock progresivo italiano, aqui tenemos una buena oportunidad de conseguir casi por completo la obra de estos geniales musicos en los anos setenta a un ridiculo bajo precio. Esta pequena caja, contiene once albums bajo la forma de mini lps de manufactura alemana; con las obras fundamentales del grupo. Si bien, la presentacion de los discos es sencilla, (apenas la reproduccion de la portada original y en su reverso los titulos de las piezas), el sonido se encuentra remasterizado por Maurizio Biancani, quien ha dado nuevo brillo al audio, con excelente distanciacion estereo y puliendo toda la gama sonica, logrando entresacar aquellos tenues sonidos que se perdian, al combinarse con otros mas potentes que los opacaban, ademas de dar a estos ultimos una nitidez magnifica, sin hacerlos aparatosos. En conclusion, la mejor restauracion de estos trabajos destacados. El precio, inigualable para una serie de once compactos individuales. la caja la adquiri en 59 dolares, es decir el precio normal en otras ediciones de la banda de tres cds de los que incluye la presente caja. El valor musical musical de la obra, ya ha sido profundamente disctutido en Amazon, por lo que sugiero la lectura de las resenas particulares de cada disco, concentrandome solo en el actual paquete el cual me parece que es una Adqusicion Indispensable.
