Does exactly what I bought it for. I had an old lcd tv with no cord and I couldn't find one to fit it in my huge pile of cords. I bought this because of the ability to select the voltage. I don't know if it really matters but I wanted to match the specs on the back of the tv, better safe than sorry. Works fine so far.

This universal charger was just average and not good or great. I base this on that most universal chargers I have puchase the tips stay on.This model the tips can and will fall off. But the manual ajustible voltage is a very nice to have.
