I got this key-based notebook security cable, because I didn't want to accidentally change the combination on the combo-type locks. This one works exactly as described. The 6' cable makes it easy to wrap around the leg of a coffee shop table, and still be able to move the laptop around on the table. Lock works well, and this is a great price.
