I have used these bars for years and they are delicious. I've been on a low carb diet and am currently on Weight Watchers. On Weight Watchers they are only 4 points and are very filling. They come in a variety of flavors. I freeze them and use them as needed, most times just cutting them in half as they are a solid bar. I can't rave enough about them. I have all the flavors they make right now in the freezer.
