I'm a fan of all products Universal (as the makers of the "Animal" line of products). I've used many of their products (Cuts, Pak, Stak, M-Stak, Test, Flex, and PM) and decided to give this a try. Well, over the course of the dosing cycle I lost 7 pounds. Just follow the dosing instructions, drink plenty of water, and keep doing what you are doing and this product works.

Not sure if it will help the more sedentary bunch that doesn't exercise, but use it before going for a run or before going to the gym and it will help to cut some weight. At no point does this product feel too "extreme", like it makes you feel hot or jittery, no sense of dryness, like you're badly dehydrated. There's caffeine in it, so people with a caffeine sensitivity might want to avoid this product, and if you have a tendency to work out shortly before bed this might also be a bad idea. I'm not overly sensitive to caffeine and I usually finish my workout by 5 PM and have no trouble falling asleep.

Point blank, I recommend this product for anyone who is trying to bust a plateau or take it to another level. It's not competition strength for people who are preparing for a bodybuilding/fitness competition, but it works for the casual-to-moderate athlete.

I tried these because Monica Brant recommended them, but I can't seem to tell any difference since I have been taking them. It doesn't mean that it doesn't work, but I am unsure of the benefit. I doubt I will be purchasing any more after I finish what I have.
