These glow in the dark stars are great! My nephew got some of these and I helped him decorate his ceiling. The adhesive that came with them worked well and they've held so far. He's still at that age where he doesn't really want to turn off the lights and go to sleep at night so his parents were hoping these stars would be a bit of an encouragement. Turns out they were right! He's much more excited for bedtime now that there's a galaxy on his ceiling!

These stars are very small, no larger than the diameter of a large playing marble, I'd say. I'd never trust the tack they come with, I'm easily excitable and so a star falling on me from the ceiling could easily cause my heart to stop I think so I just buy the tacky stuff separately (any brand, really) and I apply it to all 5 points. I like the brightly colored tack so I can see it when I remove the stars or rearrange them. All of the other characteristics are up to par with every other glow in the dark star on the market. Baby loves looking at the "tars" morning, noon, and night. And I especially love putting them up for her. It's never too early (or too late!) to learn your constellations! fun + cheap = winner!
