This baby is very cute.She functions really well, meaning she actually does do what is promised by the manufacturer.Sometimes
the pattern of her responses change which is good because it will keep the child playing with it from being bored.Her little cries,giggles,and baby talk sound very real.I think she is well worth the money.

I bought Baby Annabell for my niece's Christmas present when she was two and a half years old. She adored it, and still does. She brought it to my Husband's surprise party and everyone fell in love with it. In fact my girlfriends little girl was so taken with Annabell, I told her mother I was buying her one for her birhday.

You can't go wrong when giving this as a gift to a little girl!

We purchased this for our daughter's 3rd birthday. She wanted the Chou Chou doll, but I thought it's face was a bit odd looking. Annabell has a beautiful face, and it's little coos and giggles are sweet.
Another great thing about Zapf dolls is that they always have lots of fun accessories.

My 7 year old daughter plays with baby Anabelle maybe about a year now. She enjoys all the functions she has to make her feel "life like", and us as parents especially like the on/off button. We had our friend's little boy over, and even HE joined in the fun with Baby Anabelle! She appeals to all! Worth the price, and a repeat gift for others!!!

I bought Baby Annabell for my daughter's 3rd birthday. We loved the idea that this doll "cried" real tears, however, we realized that when Baby Annabell does cry..her tears pour out soaking everything. Also I was disappointed that her mouth didn't move when crying or laughing. And speaking of crying.....she almost never does! The only way she will cry is if her bottle is taken away. I was under the assumption that she cried at other times and so would need a child's loving care. Overall, this doll is adorable. Her soft features and life-like sounds make her a joy to play with.My daughter plays with her almost constantly and has yet to complain.

My daughter LOVES Annabell! She feeds & changes her, etc more than her other babies because Annabell "interacts".
Awesome for moms of toddlers w/ new baby!

I got this for my daughters Christmas gift. I took it out to check it before we give it to her. It is so cool! One thing you need to make sure is that you put the bottle deep enough in her mouth and get brand new batteries. Also, you have to give her a minute to get the tears flowing. You will start to see them well up in her eyes. Once I figured this out, she works perfect! My daughter is going to love her!

My 2 1/2 year old got this baby a couple of weeks ago and she loves it. The crying sounds and laughing sounds are very realistic and she loves to feed the baby its bottle and wipe its tears when it cries. I plan on getting other accessories and clothes for this baby. It is her favorite baby doll.

My daughter received this doll for Christmas. It was an instant hit with her. The doll is very life like. However, I would only recommend this doll if you are very adept at keeping track of the bottle. This doll will not function without the bottle. I have tried to obtain another bottle, but no one will sell just the bottle. Zapf offered to send one, however that was 7 weeks ago. I emailed them again and they said it takes 6 weeks because of production issues. I can't believe they would sell a product whose primary function relies upon an accessory they cannot produce readily. Fortunately for us we did not lose the bottle, but rather the dog chewed the end of it. It still works somewhat, although it drips a lot of water. My daughter however, would be entirely disappointed if we had lost it all together. I hopeing I can "limp" it through until the replacement comes.

I am a very proud Grandmother of 4 Granddaughters. I have found the Baby Annabell Dolls and the Chou Chou Dolls, to be the best!
Some of the complaints I don't understand, however, these dolls are a joy! And so pretty with sweet little baby faces. The little ones love Mothering them and I think it is teaching them some responsibility, they really love being little Moms! When we have other little one's over for play dates, they go right to these dolls and are truly amazed!
