The "Photo Blur" is the least conspicuous of the anti-photo license plate covers. It is a hard acrylic bubble cover that doesn't require a license plate frame. The cover contains a very thin diffusion lens that blurs the license plate numbers at an angle. The Photo Blur is effective, and hardly noticeable! It was at night. I went to the auto show. Parked at a meter on the street. When I return to my car, I noticed a ticket on my windshield. As I approached by car I was perplexed as I was within the time on my parking meter. The ticket was for the Blur. It is considered a decal on the plastic shield which obscures the license plate. $54 ticket. However, I must say that it does appear to work.
