Got a ticket in Miami Beach,

It was at night. I went to the auto show. Parked at a meter on the street. When I return to my car, I noticed a ticket on my windshield. As I approached by car I was perplexed as I was within the time on my parking meter. The ticket was for the Blur. It is considered a decal on the plastic shield which obscures the license plate. $54 ticket. However, I must say that it does appear to work.
