4.0 out of 5 stars Inflatable salad bar
Inflatable salad bar was just the ticket for our party! I used 12 quart size ziplock freezer dishes - put in everything from taco sauce to cucumbers in. Still had room for bottles of salad dressing. Kept everything cool for the whole evening (8hrs)in 80 degree weather.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nothing special. Ice melts fast in warm weather.
We tailgate a lot and thought this might be a good addition. It is not as big as I thought it would be once it is fully inflated. On a warm day (around 80 deg) under a pop up tent, the ice melts and it just ends up being a swimming pool. By trial and error we found that by leaving the ice in their bags or transferring the ice to smaller bags it helped a lot. We had cakes...

Inflatable salad bar was just the ticket for our party! I used 12 quart size ziplock freezer dishes - put in everything from taco sauce to cucumbers in. Still had room for bottles of salad dressing. Kept everything cool for the whole evening (8hrs)in 80 degree weather.
It was not as large as I thought it would be even though the sizing was given. It was hard to picture in my mind, but it did work out fine. I wouldn't recommend for much larger bowls. I had two rows of these quart size bowls. If I had realized the sizing better I would have possibly purchased two of these so I would have used for a couple of larger bowls. Still happy with the purchase. Had a lot of inquiries from the guests as to where I purchased the product. All thought it was interesting and the price doable.
Easy to inflate and take down. A little awkward to rid it of the water (melted ice) at the end of evening.

People laughed and joked when I started blowing it up. Saying I was going down the river in a tiny white raft. They stopped laughing when the salads and condiments stayed cold and no one got sick from unrefrigerated mayonnaise. About six people asked me what it was and were I got it. Someone even stole the box. I've already given them the link to the page. Expect to sell a lot more.

I ordered this for a labor day party. Thank goodness I ordered two! They were great! Kept everything cold. The party lasted 8 hours and the food did also. I thought I would have a problem with it sweating...but it didn't! The price was great also.

This is a very good product. I was a bit skeptical about the durability of the material, but, it does hold up well, and stays well inflated. We not only use them, but, will be giving them as gifts to family and friends who can use one.

The inflatable salad bar was just the ticket for a warm summer outdoor gathering. Fill with ice (after inflating of course) and set your dishes in to keep cool while entertaining. The drain was very helpful at the end of the day to drain the unit before deflation. Certainly worth the deal, even if you only use it once!

In hot weather having salads have been a concern at our Family reunion picnics but with this cool salad container and a place to put the ice without draining water on the table ..this is perfect

Great way to keep beverages and food chilled on a hot day. Worked perfectly and the drain on the bottom lets the water drain keeping the food free of water and easy for clean-up.

We ordered this for a party we were having to lay on our countertop for drinks just as shown in the picture. After only about 4 hours, it leaked water everywhere! Extremely disappointed.

I bought was of these for a summer party. I have used it two times. It is just great. It will hold about 5 good size bowls. In July I had it sitting in the shade and had salads in it all afternoon and never had to replenish the ice. I liked it so much I bought 2 of my sisters one for Christmas gifts. It is a great investment.

We had cakes on top of the ice for one party and a couple hours into it the chocolate frosting started to melt and go into the bar. By the end of the day, it looked like a muddy swimming pool.
Looks: Also, it looks kind of cheap if aesthetics are your thing. It only comes in plastic white.
Cleaning: Cleaning it was a breeze. Just dumped out the ice-water and hosed it down.
Storage: Deflating was easy and it takes up virtually no room in a storage bin.

Bottom Line: It's just a piece of plastic blown up around the sides. We haven't used it indoors yet but if temperatures outside are above 75 there will be a little melting action. This might turn into our air conditioned only salad bar instead of a tailgate piece. For $10 it's not a bad purchase but I wouldn't pay any more than that.
