Shipped immediately - no surprises - received within days. Product seems fine. It appears to be a great value for the price.

works as well as the real product but costs much, much less.

This is the second time I have ordered this from this vendor, it won't be the last.

I had an old Samsung ML 1210 sitting in the back of the closet collecting dust as the original cartridge had run out and I hated to pay OEM prices for a new one. I've been bitten by "compatible" cartridges not working before, so I was a bit hesitant to order one this time. I was starting to think I would be better off getting a new printer instead of a cartridge. But, I decided to give this a chance first. Shipping was fast from SuperMediaStore, and item arrived plainly but well packaged. Took it out of the box, slipped it in the printer and pushed "Demo". It worked! Print is nice and dark, just like it should be. What more can you ask for?

If I have any criticism at all at this point, it is a piece of paper on the cartridge that said "No Tearing". I assumed it meant do not remove, so I left it in place, without tearing it. Not sure what it was there for, and there were no other instructions. But, I'm not going to dock a star for poor grammar.

I have just installed this, so I have no idea now how many pages I am going to get. If it is noticeably short of the 2,500 the original cartridge supposedly gets, I'll come back and gripe. But so far, it works just fine!

I just received this item and while it looks of good quality, it is not compatible with the Samsumg ML-1210D3 toner cartridge which fits into my Samsung ML-1430 laser printer. The cartridge looks more like its compatible with the samsumg ML-2010 cartridge. There's even a sticker, that's isn't orinally supplied, that says it's compatible with the ML-1210D3 cartridge. Again, it's not compatible. The cartridge received has a built in handle...that prevents its installation into the printer. On top of that, the drive gears are on the wrong side. MAYBE THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ONE, maybe it's boxed wrong or a return. Either way, I hope Amazon makes it right.

UPDATE: The good news is Amazon tried to make it right. The bad news is I got the wrong item again. The cartridge being provided is compatible with the Samsung ML-2010 catridge, but not with the Samsung ML-1210D3 cartridge. The provided 2010 cartridge is NOT COMPATIBLE with the 1210D3 cartridge (even thoughtthe amazon page says it is).
NEED PROOF???Go to any other ML-2010 page and see if it fits a ML-1430 laser printer. It doesn't. So why does this product application tab says it does. THE supplied 2010 catridge WILL NOT INTERCHANGE with a 1210D3 cartridge...so they are definitely not compatible...or interchangeable.

This cartridge was purchased in May to use as a replacement when the new one we had was installed. The printer is not used a lot so we didn't install it until Dec 27th. It did not work properly - leaving the pages entirely covered with large black streaks. We cannot do a return or get a credit as the time for that ran out in June. We are stuck with a defective cartridge and now have to buy another one. It won't be from this vendor.

Box says for ml 1610, 2010 and a sticker over the top says compatible ML-1210 D3 toner cartridge.
It does not fit into a 1210 printer. Amazon is great to offer free return shipping on item. Will
be sure to open next cartridge early to make sure it is correct one.

We bought this toner on September 2011,and rarely use the printer. But now it seems out of ink. The printed paper is blurred due to lack of ink.

The toner came intact and works perfectly in our Samsung printer. My husband ordered for me and it was quite easy for me to install. Thanks for sending. jbell
