I got this for my 5 year old nephew, and he loved it. His parents set it up right away, and all the little boys in the house went nuts for it. Hard to tell if it will hold up over time - I think it may fall apart quickly as the boys get bigger or if their Daddies start to play with it (and they will). But worth the money, and fun in the moment.

Bought this and started playing with it as soon as I got it out of the box. After less then an hour of use, the "breakaway" rim, which had been working fine, decided it was easier to break outright than collapse as designed. Now its useless, and I have to return it. I suppose this would work fine for a young child or someone who isn't very intense, but really even a long shot runs the risk of breaking this product. Fortunately, I bought from Amazon so I get a hassle-free return, and I am going to take my refund and put it towards a much better hoop for about $10 more. So if you really want an enjoyable indoor basketball experience, skip breaking this hoop and just pay a few bucks more for the real deal.

This little thing is the traditional foam-ball basketball set would be perfect for an office game, or to hang above your garabge can for those not-so-great ideas. It's great for bedroom-use also (I didn't mean it that way you sicko..)
