Excellent lightweight visibility that is easy for a 4 year old to put on himself. The velcro front closure allows the vest to be made "smaller" when he is just wearing a shirt versus a sweatshirt or jacket. He is a about 38 inches tall and the vest reaches down to his knees. However, it does not hinder his movement or trap his legs since the fabric moves with him. Would rec. to any parent that has a child outside at night in the dark playing.
