The Tart Warmer is disappointing. The weight of the tart holder is too much for the warmer itself and causes it to pull away from the outlet it is plugged into. After some adjustments we were able to solve the problem but I don't believe it will be a permanent solution. Also, the tart holder does not fit properly on top of the warmer. Additionally, the first tart I used took a full day to melt and still has not melted completely. This is a great product idea, but the design on this specific version is lacking.

This is pretty, and works great until the light burns out! VERY hard to find 12w replacement "night light" size light bulbs! You won't find them at any superstore or even large hardware store! A 7watt bulb is usually highest they sell in the small size and that does not put off enough heat to melt a tart in the bowl or even heat up oil so the scent travels. I finally found some bulbs online, but the price plus shipping is not worth it when you have too many other options in tart or oil burners out there... that are much cheaper in the long run.

I received this item on time and it was exactly what I ordered. This product works great, the only problem is, because it's top heavy, it tips just slightly when plugged in. It doesn't spill though, and it melts the wax cubes in a timely manner.

I was excited about this purchase but disappointed once I received it. It's a great idea but it takes too long for the light bulb to melt the tart. Just alright for me.
