See, I bought Vetigo just when it came ot so i didn't know if it was cool. The box looked big but the thing inside is out of the world sweet. It can do exciting tricks where it looks like V. Also, if you do the trick long enough the lights will light up! The durability of this radio stunt machine is great. Once I ran it of 15 stairs it it still runs. I say every radio control lover should get this. I mean it, ask for it as a Christhmas present. GET IT.

I have several remote control cars, and this is my favorite. The battery lasts alot longer than my others, and at night, I take it outside in the dark so we can watch the changing lights when it spins around. It doesn't get stuck in the dirt or grass, it just plows right through. Even my mom can drive it! I want my brother to have the other color so we can race, but mom can't find it anywhere. Your kid will love this car, it's great! And mine hasn't fallen apart like the last reveiw said. I think they aren't playing with it right, you aren't supposed to crash it into things, just drive and spin it.

This is a great rc. I'm the mom and I think I play with it more than my son. It's awesome - indoors anyway. We haven't had a chance to take it outside and give it a shot. This rc is tons of fun, and the light show is great! Definite thumbs up!

I bought this car as a Christmas present for my 3 year old. He LOVES it (and so does his Dad)! It is easy to operate--even for my 3 year old! It is also so much fun to watch! Most remote control cars are only fun for the one operating them, but not this one. It will go all over the yard (at pretty fast speeds)and if it hits a stick or bump it flips over and keeps going. It is absolutely amazing to watch, and will literally keep everyone laughing at how unstopable it is. The perfect car for young children who get frustrated easily with the traditional remote control vehicles. We do live in the country; therefore have lots of space to drive it, which probably does add to the fun. It is very durable. I paid the full price for this toy and think it was worth every penny! I can't brag enough on this toy and must say without it Christmas wouldn't have been nearly as much fun!

This R/C vehicle from TYCO is fantastic! Tricks done by the Vertigo R/C are stupendous and really fun. All in the family were amazed with all the stunts and lights from the vehicle. When the vehicle spins (it opens up and changes its normal state with a combination of buttons on the remote control), it first lights up in blue; later red lights are lit, and finally yellow lights are lit. Altogether, while spinning, the only thing you can see is a beautiful 3-colored figure formed by all the lights. We are very pleased with this purchase. I really hope the toy lasts a long time. Its fun for kids and also for adults. It requires some skill to drive the R/C, so it's not good for very young kids (8+ age recommended). The battery charge lasts about 40 minutes on duty. First 2 charges require 5 hours of charging. Subsequent charges requiere about 4 hours. Great battery pack - no memory problems.

This was my grandson's most used toy last year. The toy has no real "right side up". eg. if it turns over it keeps going. It will come to a wall, the front climbs up the wall, it goes over backwards and keep going. Way cool!Best of last year.

I bought this for my 3yr old since his older brother was getting another r/c car. I thought he may have a difficult time w/ the controller... he handled it like a pro. It was pretty simple and easy to use even for a 3yr old. The Vertigo is great. It is very durable and the light-up trick is really cool. The most impressive though was how long the battery lasted. We've had all kinds of r/c vehicles w/ 3 boys and this out does them all!!! It seems like the battery lasted at least 30 minutes or more. That's exceptional compared to 10 minutes on other vehicles. I highly recommend this toy.

This car was the hit of Christmas day! We had so much fun playing with it. It drives over everything and the stunts are better than any other I've seen. Most R.C. cars are just cars that drive around and the kids can get pretty bored fairly quickly. This one does stunts and has light shows. I was worried that this level car would be too much for my 7 yr old. But he picked up every stunt and how to handle it within an hour of pulling it out. The only downside to this is that the car itself is not complete. You have to order the battery pack at another $30 separately. Nevertheless, we had an incredible time seeing what it would go over, how fast we could flip it and who could get it spinning the fastest. This is great stuff guys.

...and shame on the people who give it as a gift without buying the battery! High quality R/C cars have always needed a separate purchase of a battery. It always says that on the box and in every online advertisement. Just learn to read people! This car has been played to death since my son received it on Christmas Day. Down flights of stairs, into walls and all without a scratch. This thing practically never gets stuck. There is no upside-down or forward/backward to this car. It will go anywhere...even up a telephone pole if it had the traction. I notice that people don't rate the educational factor very high. It teaches an incredible amount of hand to eye coordination and motor skills. You won't get any better for the price. To the person who complains about the price of batteries, I just picked up extra battery packs from a well known auction site for 9 dollars each with free shipping.
