"Unleash Your True Potential" is an excellent guided hypnosis CD by the UK's best selling hypnotherapist, Glenn Harrold. The program is designed to strengthen your self-confidence, motivation, creativity, and focus for the purpose of you fulfilling your potential and becoming prosperous. This is my favorite hypnotherapy CD because of the subject matter and for how well the production is done.

Track 1 "Unleash your true potential" (26:26):

Glenn starts with a 2 minute introduction of the program, its purpose, and instructions on how to use the CD. Then, he spends a few minutes guiding you into a state of relaxation through a deep breathing exercise. He opens you up to accepting the positive suggestions he is going to give you. Then he counts down from ten to one, guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation.

The rest of the track is filled with affirmations, such as:

"you feel creative and inspired"

"You will face life full on now, with a new courage and confidence, and a belief that you can achieve anything when you focus your mind".

"...you find it easy to bypass your ego and draw out the true genius inside you, as you have so much potential and talent inside, and you will express your talents in so many different ways free of any fear..."

"...and you deserve to be abundant and prosperous, and you will stay connected to this powerful creative source inside yourself, and new ideas and inspiration will come to you often in your daily life..."

"...and things that once bothered you no longer matter, and you develop an ability to rise above anything mundane, and you will continue to draw out the genius inside of you, and live your life with a new zest and enthusiasm and complete self-belief."

Track 2 "Live your life to the full" (25:17):

This track is similar to the first track, with affirmations such as this:

"You live your life to the full now, with a big heart and an open mind and a self-belief that you can achieve anything when you focus your mind."

At the end of each track, you are guided back to full waking consciousness by Glenn counting from 1 to 10. There is very slow-paced music in the background throughout the recording. The music is at a low volume level, and enhances the hypnosis experience. Glenn has a medium to deep pitched voice with a mild British accent.

There are also several affirmations that are delivered both audibly and subliminally throughout the CD, such as "I believe in myself" and "I express my true potential".

Many of the affirmations on this CD promote your self-confidence, and duplicate the affirmations on Glenn Harrold's "Develop your Self-Confidence" CD. You can get away with just buying this CD and not the self-confidence CD (although it is excellent also) if you are interested in both improving your self-confidence and fulfilling your potential.

I highly recommend the "Unleash Your True Potential" CD. It is one of my favorite tools for improving my effectiveness in life.

If you want to take a more active approach to improving your life, I also highly recommend Dale Carnegie's books such as "How to Win Friends and Influence People" and "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living".

I am a Japanese language speaker, so I was afraid this might not work for me. But the result was amazing. I had been a bad public speaker since I could remember, small voice, shy posture... But, last week, at the end of company's presentation training session, when I delivered a presentation, a miracle ocurred. The training participants remarked on each other, and I recieved such comments as "terrific" and "perfect!" ( in Japanese.) Well, I think this little personal success largely owe to listnening to this program for a week.

I made the above comment in September 2005. Now, yesterday in February 2006, I successfully delivered a speach in front of 40 people in English at a party. I am so proud of myself. If you want to achieve something, I recommend this program.

I ordered this CD January 11, 2005. Since it arrived I've been listening to it at bedtime and upon awakening everyday. It is one of the best recordings of it's type I've ever experienced. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars over the years on seminars, tapes sets, books and more. After much hard work, long hours and intense study of all the information to the point of internalisation of most of it, I now know HOW to do the things that can result in succees. I have yet to achieve my 'True Potential'.

As may be true for you if you are being honest, I have consistently sabotaged myself, often just as the results were manifesting. I have come to the conclusion my non-conscious, as John Assaraf (The Street Kid, Cloning of Success) calls it, is sabotaging my conscious efforts. All the things we hear over and over as a child; "money doesn't grow on trees; Dreams don't pay the bills; Get a good paying job and stick with it; We can't afford that; People like us don't make that kind of money.. or can't have that.. or can't get ahead.. or aren't good enough, etc.", become part of our subconscious programming. I don't like it, I especially don't like to admit it and I was programmed to fail! How about you?

As hard as we try and as passionatley are we study and learn HOW to get ahead, until we get our subconscious on our side, we will continue to fail. The subconscious mind creates our reality. When the outside reality conflicts with the subconsicous' reality, it sabotages us. To experience true abundance in all aspects of our lives, to achieve our "True Potential", we must reprogramm our subconscious.

It is recommended a person listen to a self-hypnonsis or subliminal audio daily for at least 3 months before expecting to see any results. In less than 2 months I am getting results! Recently I wrote in my journal; "I am now manifesting my True Potential...". After realizing the choice of wording, I also realized things truly are coalescing around me. Opportunities are lining up for me to choose from, Mentors are offering their services for a percentage of the results. Ideas for seminars and business models are popping into my head almost full blown, needing only to be written down. Strategic information seems to be flying at me so fast I'm having trouble ingesting it all. Internally my 'little voice' is talking about how fun this is and Let's get going! when I day dream scenarios while driving, I am seeing light, success and positive outcomes.

I believe from my personal experience retraining of the subconscous mind must be addressed before any program requiring conscious effort can succeed or we will simply sagotage ourselves yet again. Glenn Harrold's amazing Cd, used properly, can do just that. All that is required is to listen to it with headphones once a day or more. It doesn't matter if you fall asleep. In fact, falling asleep can actually be a good thing, because the messages go directly to the subconscious. I am now looking into which of his CD's to buy next. This is Fun!! :-)

When I first listened to Glenn's hypnotherapy CD's I instantly felt a positive difference and the next day I thought WOW!, I feel much happier. I am so glad to have used them because they really have helped me to deal with my emotional pain. I only wish that I had known about them earlier. I have also listened to several other hypnotherapy CD recordings and still find Glenn's the best so far.
The CDs are very calming, relaxing, comforting, positive and recorded very cleanly, this makes the whole experience very enjoyable.

I have two science-based degrees and therefore I am naturally very sceptical and critical about "New Age" therapies etc. However after experiencing hypnosis it has inspired me to learn more and do a hypnotherapy course.

I had never heard of Mr. Harrold, and bought Unleash Your True Potential based largely on the positive reviews on Amazon. While awaiting delivery I hoped I hadn't wasted my money on some flake's amateurish 'self-help' scheme.

I didn't waste my money. This is one of the best self-hypnosis/self-help CDs I've ever heard. The production quality is outstanding. The mix of music and sound effects really enhances the presentation and evokes an extremely relaxing atmosphere. I've used the CD for about 30 days, and have noticed some gradual improvments in myself: My stress level has lowered, and I've experienced greater self-confidence, and self-esteem. Certain talents I had been sublimating have been returning to the surface, and my overall outlook is turning more positive.

Mind you, I'm not claiming this CD is a cure-all or panacea. The improvements I mentioned are gradual ones ... but at least they're improvements. Over time, I believe the compounded effect of listening to the CD could lead to more dramatic results. The only drawback I experienced was getting used to Harrold's distinct Brit accent, but that's minor. He's put together a quality package. If you're interested in this type of material, give Harrold a listen.

This is an absolutely wonderful CD! I've listened to several hypnosis tapes over the years but I can honestly say this is the best I've heard. It is a high quality sound recording by Glenn Harrold, an experienced clinical hypnotherapist. Glenn's voice is very soothing and relaxing. The 60bpm sound effects guide you into a deeply relaxed state of mental and physical relaxation. I find myself entering into a deep trance state almost immediately. In this very receptive and relaxed state, you will be given a number of post hypnotic suggestions and carefully layered affirmations to help you realize your full potential. I love the background echoed affirmations which pan from left to right in my headphones. This deeply relaxing and powerful method of delivering multiple suggestions simultaneously to the unconscious mind can facilitate positive changes very quickly. I find the affirmations to be very empowering and you are encouraged to develop your true potential easily and effortlessly without struggle. The background music is wonderful. It ranges in sounds from soft mystic voices to rhythmic beats. Both the words and the music are written arranged, recorded and produced by Glenn Harrold. It is professionally done with the sincere intent of helping others to heal and become empowered. I highly recommend this CD. Thanks, Glenn, for this beautiful gift of love.

This is powerful, fun and effective, with all the kisses of success. It is one CD in a series that has been wildly popular in the UK. It is now available for the first time in the US. The musical accompaniment is well matched to the state being created. The hypnotic journey consists of two well-designed professional sessions, an initial session and a follow-up to deepen your ability to unleash your true potential. The languaging is perfect and the affirmations and subliminal suggestions are put in effective present time feeling states. I highly recommend this CD!

I made this purchase a bit skeptical because I wondered if this would actually work for me. I made this purchase because I felt stressed with work and was willing to try anything.

I had tried meditation, but being the hyper, multi-tasker that I am I couldn't do it. I tried Unleash Your True Potential, and wow!! I listen through the beginning, do the breathing exercises.... Then I hear Glenn saying Wake up!!! I don't get to hear the full CD.

I don't know yet what positive changes I am going to experience, the one thing that has happened is that others at work have begun noticing my worth, I more assertive and and vocal. I have been wishing that I have abundance of time, and somehow its been happening. Upper management at the company I work for has begun noticing me, and have become very flexible with me, when normally I would work 60 to 70 hours a week, now I feel like I do 40, and I am being told "take a break you do too much." I still work longer hours than 40, but I have managed to break up my day differently, without affecting my work, but being able to squeeze in personal matters.

Another thing that has occurred, is that now I can meditate a little. I never could before. Now I can get myself to a very tranquil (internal) place anytime, anywhere. This has really helped me focus.

What a wonderful CD. I have listened to this faithfully for two weeks, and I am beginning to be more upbeat and positive. I have even decided to take a trip despite of my fear of flying. The music is very upbeat, and I found that I go into transe more quickly with daily listening. It is like a big pat on the shoulder to start your day off with. This is a very professionally made CD. The way the voices move from one side of the headset to the other helps the suggestions. I wake up feeling much more energized. I have tried Ms. Deckers CDs, and they are okay, but this is the one I turn to every morning. Thanks Mr. Harrold for your wonderful work on this!

Everything about Glenn Harrold's words, music and production quality was beyond my expectations after 40 years of pursuing hypnosis. I still can't believe it, but the second time I listened to these sessions, TEARS OF JOY AND RELIEF came to my eyes. Glenn gives you all the most uplifting affirmations, but that's not all. He also gives you the tools to turn the negatives in life into positives. Every word and phrase is just what I needed to be a happy and creative force in the world! As soon as I finished listening to the first one, I bought 5 more!
