Lloyd Reeb is the director of the Halftime Group, a national ministry of Leadership Network that helps successful people pursue significance. Reeb also allocates part of his time as pastor of leadership development at Mecklenburg Community Church. He is on the board of the Finishers Project, an organization of more than seventy leading mission agencies that helps boomers find a significant second career in missions.

Mr. Reeb
I consider this book as a Vanguard for the future, by the concept of helping people move from a long successful career to a significant life. This is the future for reaching the un-reached world, through the experience and innovation of these people applied in a Global context.

This is brilliant. Half the book written from the ministry leader's perspective, the other half from the business person's perspective. Talk through common pitfalls and culture gaps so when a business person volunteers his/her time with a ministry there is maximum impact. A must read if you are a ministry leader and you want to take your ministry to the next level or a business leader and you want to encorporate a new level of volunteers.
