4.0 out of 5 stars Looking for a new twist?, July 5, 2007
This review is from: Unlock Behavior, Unleash Profits: Developing Leadership Behavior That Drives Profitability in Your Organization (Hardcover)
As a consultant myself, I am always looking for a new twist on the areas that are important to our clients. The author has covered an area that most books just skip over.....maybe because it is hard work. So much of what we deal with on a daily basis with our clients, internally or at home has to do with behaviors this book really takes you through the process of clearly understanding the role of behaviors on others as well as the bottom line results of the organization.

If you are tired of reading the same old same old, you'll want to add this to your library.
