I purchased this phone directly from T-Mobile. It is a good phone for the price but don't expect a high quality camera. Also to use either the camera or music player, you need a micro SD card which is sold separately and a Nokia connectivity cable (also sold separately). The annoying thing about this and other Nokia phones is the display does not stay lit for more than a few seconds no matter what you do. With this in mind, I also would have expected the battery to last longer without being charged (3 days maximum with minimal use).

I have had this phone for almost a year. I am shopping for a new phone because I can't stand it any more. It constantly turns itself off. I thought at first that the battery was loose in the compartment, so I tried to snug it in with some paper and packing tape, but it didn't help. I tried to figure out the cause by jiggling it and holding it different ways, but it didn't shut off until I set it down and left it alone. It will randomly shut off in the middle of calls and frequently when I'm trying to call someone (maybe the call button is some sort of trigger for this problem). You may be tempted to think that it is just my phone, except that my husband and FIL bought the same phone from a different retailer months after I bought mine and they had the same problem to different extents: my husband less so and my FIL more so. It gets worse with time. I'm done!

I like the phone. very good phone, for my dad. who just want call in and out. I think reasonable price in quadband. Very nice. Thank you seller.
