Pony Pals Unlucky Pony
By Jeanne Betancourt Reviewed by Abby of Stockbridge Central School 3rd grade Have you ever heard of a pony that got in a car crash? Well, now you have because I'm going to tell you. A pony named Lucky was raised by the Pony Pals: Anna, Pam, and Lulu. They gave him away to a young girl named Eve. Eve can't train him because he was spoiled when he was a foal, and because Lucky nips Eve every time she comes to him! Can the Pony Pals help Lucky, especially when he runs away? I liked this book because the Pony Pals are just like me, because I'm crazy about horses, too! I like the characters. They really stayed together in the story. I recommend this book to all horse lovers!

Lightning the "Supermom"?,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Unlucky Pony (Pony Pals No. 24) (Paperback)
A note to the author: Remember in "The Baby Pony" how Lightning was mean to Lucky because she didn't know how to take care of a foal? Well, now in this book, Lightning has suddenly become "Supermom" to Lucky. What about Snow White? I think you should have checked your facts first before you published this book.

My daughter loves the Pony Pal series. She reads them over and over. The books have illustrations throughout, as well as a map of the town in which the story takes place. Wonderful series for little horse lovers.

Awesome Adventures!!!,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Unlucky Pony (Pony Pals No. 24) (Paperback)
There is so much adventure in this book!! I luv it. Jeanne Betancourt made 3 enjoyable characters; Pam, Lulu, and Anna. My favorite character is Anna. She's dyslexic and she loves to draw and paint; just like me. I was so interested in this book that I read it in an hour.
I highly recommend this book.

Pretty good.,
This review is from: Unlucky Pony (Pony Pals No. 24) (Paperback)
This is a good book because it shows that you shouldn't give up, even if you don't accomplish what you wanted in the time you thought you could. Eve needs help to train her pony, who the Pony Pals raised as a baby. He is spoiled and getting a little dangerous (biting, kicking, etc.) Will the Pony Pals and Eve be able to train him or will he have to go to a new home? Read it to find out.

I read the Unlucky Pony today. You should buy it. It is very, very good. It was good because there are three girls and their ponies who solve mysteries and they are also heros.
