The Unplanned Pregnancy Handbook takes a non judgmental look at the options a young woman has when faced with an unplanned pregnancy. I completed my Masters of Science of Education Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Southern Illinois University. As an educator myself, I wrote this book in hopes that women would learn from this book.
The book is written at a reading level that will be acceptable for grades 7 and up. The target age range for this book is women ages 12-26. This book would also be ideal for college health, sociology or woman's studies courses.
There really is no other book on the market about unplanned pregnancy as this book. Please consider this title for your classroom, library, women's clinic,advocacy group, or personal collection.

The Unplanned Pregnancy Handbook is an invaluable resource to a woman who is facing an unplanned pregnancy, or one who just wants to learn more about pregnancy. There is no other unplanned pregnancy book that I have come across that discusses programs such as WIC and maternity shelters. The book also has phone number and web sites. It takes a fare non judgemental look at the abortion process and also includes information on the different types of adoption, such as private adoption. Not to be confused with a boring handbook, this book includes real stories of women who have been faced with unplanned pregnancies. These stories seem very real and not manufactured to the topic. I recommend this book for your library, school or personal use.
