About the Author
Dr. A.Besant C Raj is a well known management consultant and trainer and the promoter of Besant Raj International Ltd., a consulting firm based in India. His accolades, positions and awards, too numerous to list, include professorship in corporate financial management, psychology and administration and doctoral research for Harvard University. He has researched on three large banking firms in New York City; given seminars in several developing countries; and conducted project management and corporate planning programs all over the world. He wa retained by the Ford Foundatin for an assignment in Malaysia and by the World Bank for a major training project. A former university chancellor, a director on several corporate boards and author of several books, Dr. Raj lives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
