"A woman close to her sixth decade of life, a woman who has been seeking her own truth perhaps even longer than that (smile), a woman who has had the propensity to follow another's voice rather than her own...this is the woman who is writing this review. A wee little word...AWE...serves as an acronym for why I give this book the higher than highest regard for its value to you, the reader. "A" for Philip's sharing to awaken AWARENESS in the reader...awareness in the realms of our whole life experience. His words truly broke the seal within me to SEE and indeed, upon seeing, yes, there was this deep reality of gratitude for my life being given another chance. Then "W" for his honest and experiential WISDOM demonstrated by his helps in attending to one's breath, body awareness/posture, and truth-telling to oneself and to another. Finally "E" for his engaging gift of humor. The timing to laugh and cry and dance waltzes throughout its pages with the reader being quite unaware when such a surprise arrives. This is delightful!I applaud honesty, integrity, vulnerability, and a sincere longing to help another. From where this book lies in my lap, this author has accomplished all these attributes.
